Wike holds Thanksgiving in Dakuku’s church, promises to lead Rivers State to glory

Rivers State Governor, Nyesom Wike
says his administration will depend
on divine guidance in order to move
the state to its desired level of glory.
Governor Wike made the statement
during his thanksgiving service in
Port Harcourt.
Wike reiterated the reopening of
both the judiciary and the state
house of Assembly in addition to the
swearing in of the state Chief Judge.
Also, Governor Wike debunked the
news making the rounds that he
belongs to a secret cult, stressing
that God has always been the
anchor of his life as a politician.
“For this opportunity that God has
given to me and my Deputy
Governor, I know that God will not
abandon us.
“I have said it that the Judiciary and
the House of Assembly will be back.
“We do not have another Rivers
state. This state belongs to all of us
and I want to say we will bring
people that have the capacity to
move this state forward,” Wike said.


Some of the dignitaries that
attended the Thanksgiving service
include the Deputy Governor,
Ipalibo Harry-Banigo, Deputy Senate
President, Ike Ekweremadu, Acting
National Chairman of the PDP, Uche
Secondus, PDP National Publicity
Secretary, Olisah Metuh among
others.
